A family affair

Wednesday, February 13, 2008

Overly involved in both of their careers, Frank and Barbara Morales were too busy for family.  However, with the Quixtar business opportunity, it has become a family affair.

Before they were introduced to the business, Frank and Barbara found themselves going separate ways pursuing their own success. As a result, they were drifting apart as a couple and parents.

With much success in her career, Barbara was hesitant when Frank showed her the business plan.  It took a lot of discussion and compromise for these Californians to decide it was time for change.  "I wanted to free myself from the corporate chain," Frank says. "I realized then that there had to be something else out there."

Frank and his wife Barbara left their successful careers in the corporate world to focus on their family, and their daughter Denice Morales Kennedy followed in their footsteps and also achieved great things with Quixtar.

"When we got into this business, we found ourselves all working together, and the difference is that traditional business takes you away from your family.  We have spent many years now being able to spend time with our family while also helping other people," say Denice.

The Morales family believes this is one of the best decisions they have ever made and continue striving to touch the lives they encounter. "Our dream is not only to create more money for ourselves, but to share it with the family and those in need.  The future is what we make of it, and we are prepared to make a lot out of it, if you know what I mean," says Frank.

Do you have family in the business? Brothers? Aunts? Are you second generation?  We want to hear from you!

Having family in the business is wonderful. My husband and I were the first ones to see the business and from there we proceded to show all of his immediat and distant relatives. They make up one long leg. Then my mother decided to build a business and both of my sisters and their husbands have joined as well. It is great to have something so wonderful in common. We don't sit around watching tv. We sit around talking about how we can be more profitable, show better plans, help more people, reach people and make dreams come true. It is a unique support system in so many ways. We're all going diamond!

This is the greatest business for not only your personal success, but for creating a family legacy as well. As 2nd-generation business owners, this business has not only changed our lives, but our children's as well.  My wife's parents were full time parents because of this business, and now my wife and I are able to be full time parents because of this business.  SHOW THE PLAN!!

I'm involved with my cousins and my sister in this biz. I have to say that it's been an awesome experience. My sister and I are much closer than we would have been if we were not involved, and my cousin has been a tremendous influence to me.

We're looking to a bright future that's fun and adventuresome! Thanks Amway Global for the opportunity to work in our own business!

Everyone says that Amway is a great business, but lets really take a look at the facts.  By the time you buy proucts, tapes, books, go to functions, etc.. you've literally loaded yourself down with inventory.  Two thousand to 5 thousand dollars worth.  Lets be real, this is a product business, you sell product, and you get a return on the product, the more you sell, the intention is that the more you get.  Not really, Having worked the business for many year, and being told Diamond is the way to go, I could have spent time in developing a smarter career the traditional way.  This business is so volatile dependent on who you recruit, and what products are sold.  The Rah, Rah parties are there to motivate you when things are down.  Been there done that...... Went into hock for many years, until everything was paid off.  I've heard of other reference this business as ScamWay, and it might be just so.  That is purely my opinon, you are better off, in getting your College Degree, and getting a stable job, no matter what it is.  Profit wise, there is no substantial proof that anyone is making money, only the perception that there is..... In this economny everyone is broke.

So check it out for yourselves... And btw,  no matter what upline says, there is always a hidden political agenda.... Money...
